Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Most of our items are handmade, please allow 3 business days for non-personalized orders with 5 items or less. Items with personalization and orders with more than 5 items may take up to 5 business days to process. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP:
Orders can be arranged to be picked up. Local pickup is only available from our location in Ogden, UT. You must contact us to schedule a day and time for your pickup. The best method of contact is to email us at info@honeyglowdesigns.com

LOCAL DELIVERY
We don't currently offer local delivery. However, exceptions may be made for certain situations. To inquire about delivery, please email us at info@honeyglowdesigns.com

Free shipping is offered for orders over $35. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping (estimated delivery 2-5 business days).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HoneyGlow Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@honeyglowdesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
